Booking Information and Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of $2,000 NZD holds your space.

Full payment is due 12 weeks before the retreat start date, prior to Monday, 16th February 2026.

Terms and Conditions

By confirming your place at one of our Grace by Kiri Retreats, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions:

A non-refundable, non-transferable $2000 NZD deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. 

Due to teacher cancellations or any other situations outside our control, Grace by Kiri reserves the right to make any changes to our programme, courses or teachers.

Grace by Kiri accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness sustained to retreat attendees prior to the retreat dates, during the retreat timeframe, or thereafter.

Travel to and from the retreat location is at the sole responsibility of the retreat attendee, and should be managed and treated as such.

Grace by Kiri accepts no liability for retreat attendees travel-related loss, injury, delays or flight cancellations prior to the retreat dates, during the retreat timeframe, or thereafter.

Grace by Kiri accepts no liability for travel-related impacts sustained by retreat attendees prior to the retreat dates, during the retreat timeframe, or thereafter, including but not limited to: travel delays, flight cancellations, changes to travel dates.

Grace by Kiri accepts no liability for any travel costs to or from the retreat site, including but not limited to flight costs, personal travel insurances and travel documentation.

Grace by Kiri recommends that retreat attendees explore options to cover reparations for any loss, injury, delays or flight cancellations, such as travel insurances (this is not financial advise and should not be treated as such).

Retreat attendees are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport, any necessary visas, and additional travel requirements as any necessary, including but not limited to inoculations or other health requirements.

Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel your Grace by Kiri Retreat at any time, provided that the cancellation is made by the person submitting the booking and is communicated to us in writing, via email at hello@gracebykiri.com.

Cancellation will take effect from the day that the written request is received by us. In order for your cancellation request to be valid, you must receive a cancellation acceptance email from us in writing, confirming receipt of your cancellation request.

Cancellations made 12 weeks before the retreat start date, prior to 12PM NZT Monday, 16th February 2026, will receive a 100% refund of the retreat cost, less the non-refundable deposit.

Grace by Kiri does not offer refunds or returns or any kind, to cancellation requests made within 12 weeks of the retreat start date, during the retreat timeframe, or thereafter.

Cancellations made any date after 12PM NZT Monday, 16th February 2026, will forfeit any and all payments made to Grace by Kiri.

If, for any reason, the retreat is cancelled by Grace by Kiri, all deposits will be refunded in full. Grace by Kiri reserves the right to make any adjustments or changes to the retreat at any time, including but not limited to: changes to inclusions, dates, and cancellations.

By making your non-refundable deposit, you are providing your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
